Need to return or exchange your merchandise? Please return your merchandise to the following address along with a note explaining what you are returning or what you'd like to exchange your merchandise for. All merchandise returned must be in new condition. DVD's may be returned for replacement of defective product ONLY!!! There is a 30 day limit from the date of purchase on ALL returns and exchanges.

Domestic ship times typically range from 7-10 days depending on what is ordered. Items SIGNED BY KEVIN SMITH can take up to 6-8 weeks depending on Kevin's schedule. We repeat, SIGNED items can and will take up to 6-8 weeks. We make every effort to ship items to you as fast as possible - however please understand that all signed items are hand-signed by Kevin Smith himself and that they may take longer to arrive.
Merchandise may also be backordered from time to time. We appreciate your patience.
International shipping times may take from a few days to a couple weeks longer due to the distance the merchandise has to travel.
We offer SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION on all domestic orders. Signature Confirmation gives you an added level of security by requiring a signature from the person who accepts your package.
Want to be 100% positive that your package will be received by you and not lost or stolen? Please choose this option for a mere $1.50 extra the post office will ensure that you will receive your package.
