Returns & Refunds

Jay and Silent Bob's Secret Stash wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.

U.S. Returns & Refunds Policy

Standard Return Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from Jay and Silent Bob's Secret Stash:

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from our online store can be returned to the online store. If you purchased at the storefront itself, you must call them directly at 732-758-0508.
  • When returning items to the online store, you must email customer service at thecrewaskew@gmail.com. In the subject box, please label it as a return with your order number. In the email itself, include your name, your order number and the description of the item you are returning, as well as the reason for the return. We will then respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that must be placed on the outside of the box. It will also include the shipping address to where the items are to be sent. It is highly recommended that you return your items to us via a shipper who can provide tracking. We cannot be responsible for items lost or not received and cannot give any credit for such items.
  • If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return the eligible product(s) in new and unworn condition in the original packaging for a full refund in accordance with our returns policy. It should include the original packing slip. We do not refund the original shipping fees, however.
  • For some returns, we will pay for the return shipping on items that are received damaged and/or items that were incorrectly shipped. These will be assessed on an individual basis, so it is important to contact us first via email. 

There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:

  • Jay and Silent Bob Secret Stash Store and Online Gift Cards

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, an email will be sent to notify you that it has been received. A refund is initiated immediately, and if you cancel an item that has not been shipped, the full amount will be refunded. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

  • If you paid by PayPal, credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancelation request PIease contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you paid via Secret Stash gift card, then a new one will be  issued to you for that amount.

 

Exchange an item

If you purchased your item from the online store, you can exchange it for any like item or take the credit towards any item you would like. You will not get credit for the original shipping and you will have to pay for both the return of the product and the re-shipment of the new item.

Items ordered on the Online Store that arrive damaged or are incorrect can be returned to us with an RMA# provided by us via email and we will pay for both the return shipping of the damaged or incorrect product and the re-shipping of the SAME or CORRECT product.

 

Gift Returns

Return a gift

If you received an item as a gift you can exchange it within 30 days of receiving it for any like item or take the credit towards any item you would like.  You will not get credit for the original shipment and you will have to pay for both the return of the product and the re-shipment of the new item. If you purchase something of greater value, you will be responsible for the difference. If you purchase something of lesser value, you will be issued a gift card of the balance owed.

You may also request a gift card to be sent for the amount due to be used at a later time.
